Our property is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and an privacy-friendly sensor in the living room that tracks the number of people present without intrusive microphones or cameras. There should NEVER be more than the number of guests on the reservation at the premise without our prior approval. Unauthorized parties will be evicted with no refunds Please do NOT drive or park on the grass as you might damage our sprinkler and septic systems. $200 FINE FOR EACH VIOLATION Please use the backyard responsibly. Backyard quiet hour is 10pm. $200 FINE FOR EACH VIOLATION The pool is not heated. It will be cleaned and sanitized for each booking. However, we can NOT guarantee that no leaves nor debris get into the pool after we cleaned, especially when it's rainy or windy. That is the price we have to pay to be in the woods and on top of the hill. There is a skimmer right by the pool pump if you want to help yourself Propane gas tanks are provided but NOT ALWAYS full.
