Dining room: Dining table with 8 chairs overlooking the backyard oasis.

Master bedroom: King bed with adjustable base, 100% mulberry silk comforter, 55” Smart TV with apps, Chromecast, Fire Stick, dressers, walk-in closet, and access to sunroom.

Youth's bedroom: Twin size loft bed with down comforter, queen size mattress bed, 65” TV with Chromecast, Fire Stick, LED lighting, dressers, 2 closets, and access to sunroom.

Fairytale bedroom: Hanging twin bed with twinkle lighted mosquito net, huge window view of woods and private bathroom.

Main bathroom: Dual sinks, tub, rain forest and handheld shower heads.

Sunroom: AC/heated. Accessible from Master bedroom, Youth's bedroom and Backyard. Black-out curtains all around. Relax, exercise on the stationary bike, or to accommodate the additional 2 guests. Per popular demand, the contemporary couch stays converted to a Cal-king size bed, topped off with 3" memory foam mattress topper. Not for everyone, but you might find star-gazing your thing and traffic noise a "white noise". Can be converted back to a sectional seating area per request.

Huge backyard: Pool, gas firepit, wood firepit (bring your own wood) pergola, outdoor living with a lot of seating.
